The 6th edition of Marnaton eDreams Cadaqués 6.5 km took place last Saturday with the participation of 700 swimmers. I was very happy to have Owen O’Keefe come down from Ireland to participate in this event. Hopefully next year Owen will bring some more Irish swimmers and influence other international swimmers to compete in Cadaqués or another Marnaton event. It was also great to spend lots of time and many meals with swimmers of the caliber of Damian Blaum (who had recently won the Open Water Swimming world championship), Esther Núñez (OW swimming world champion 2012) and Miquel Suñer (4 of the Ocean’s Seven), and with the other great friends and swimmers that are on the pictures below. Gracias a todos por un gran fin de semana!
